Refund Policy This policy applies to all orders placed on Easylinker website, together with our Terms & Conditions. 1. Return Application Window All refund, return or damage claims must be submitted via our official support email within 14 calendar days after the delivery date shown on the tracking record. Claims submitted after this 14-day window will be rejected. 2. Non-Returnable Items Custom-made, custom painted, specially ordered, built-to-spec modification parts are non-refundable and non-returnable, EXCEPT when the item arrives broken, defective or wrong item shipped by our mistake. 3. Evidence Requirement To file a claim for damage, defect or wrong item, you must supply clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the outer package, inner packaging, serial number and defective area of the product. Incomplete evidence will result in delayed review or rejected request. 4. Return Shipping Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, unless the defect, damage or wrong shipment is caused directly by our error. Return parcels must be sent with traceable tracking service. We do not accept freight-collect packages. 5. Inspection & Refund Process After we receive and inspect the returned goods at our designated warehouse, we will process the refund. Refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for checkout. The processing cycle varies by payment provider and bank, normally 3–15 business days. 6. Grounds for Refusal of Refund We reserve the right to reject your refund request if: - The product has been installed, fitted, modified, painted or altered; - Damage is caused by improper installation, misuse, accident or customer modification; - Original factory packaging, labels, foam, accessories are missing, damaged or discarded; - The return application is out of the 14-day claim window; - The returned item is not the same unit we shipped to you. 7. Partial Refund In some cases, we may offer partial refund instead of full refund after negotiation, such as minor cosmetic defect acceptable to buyer without return.
