Shipping Policy We ship luxury auto modification parts to most countries worldwide. Delivery arrangements, transit time and shipping fees are subject to the destination, package weight, dimension, carrier availability and customs procedure. 1. Shipping Cost Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, volume and delivery location. It is separate from import tax, customs duty, clearance fee, brokerage charge or local administrative fees. All import-related charges at destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect or prepay destination duties and taxes unless a special DDP service is separately confirmed in writing. 2. Delivery Time Estimated transit time will be shown during checkout for reference only. Estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, local transport disruption, weather, airline schedule change, pandemic control, port congestion or other force majeure events. We are not liable for losses caused by such delays. 3. Shipping Address Please double-check your full shipping address, postal code, contact name and phone number before submitting payment. We will ship strictly to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, returned or mis-delivered parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by the buyer. Address change after dispatch is not guaranteed and may incur extra charges. 4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking number and carrier link to your registered email. Tracking updates depend on the logistics provider and local postal system. 5. Risk of Loss Risk of loss and damage transfers to the buyer once the parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier. If the package arrives with visible outer damage, you must take photos/videos of the outer packaging before signing acceptance and contact us immediately. 6. Restricted Regions We reserve the right to suspend shipping to sanctioned, embargoed or high-risk destinations. Some modification items may be prohibited by local import laws, and it is buyer’s duty to confirm import admissibility before ordering.
