Terms & Conditions This website is operated by HONG KONG EASYLINKER INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED (“Easylinker”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with registered address at FLAT 02, BLK B, HOOVER INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 26-38 KWAI CHEONG ROAD, KWAI CHUNG, N.T., HONG KONG. By accessing, browsing and placing orders on this website, you (“buyer”, “customer”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or submit any order. 1. Products We sell luxury auto modification and aftermarket parts. All product descriptions, images and specifications on the site are for reference only. Before placing an order, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify vehicle VIN, model compatibility, fitment and local road legal requirements for the modification parts. We do not warrant that any modification product is street-legal, road-compliant or approved for use in your destination country/region. Compliance with local traffic law, import regulation, emission and safety standards is the buyer’s obligation. 2. Order & Acceptance Your checkout submission constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, incomplete buyer information or restricted destination. All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, local clearance charges and delivery freight, unless otherwise explicitly marked. Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. 3. Payment Payment must be completed at checkout via supported payment methods. Title and ownership of goods remain with Easylinker until full payment is received and confirmed. We may cancel or suspend your order if payment fails, is disputed or flagged as high-risk by payment service providers. 4. Warranty We provide a 2-year limited warranty for eligible auto modification parts, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by improper installation, collision, misuse, modification, alteration, normal wear & tear, accident or environmental corrosion. Installation by an unqualified technician may void the warranty claim. 5. Intellectual Property All texts, photos, logos, graphics and product content on this website are intellectual property of Easylinker. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written consent. Brand logos shown on product previews belong to their respective vehicle manufacturers and are used only for fitment reference. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Easylinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of vehicle value, loss of profit, downtime cost, injury or property damage arising out of product installation or usage. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order. 7. Governing Law & Dispute These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or connected with your order or website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. 8. Amendment We reserve the right to revise, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect once published on this page. Your continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms. 9. Severability If any clause in these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
